Greeley Total Solutions: Restraint and Seclusion
Product Description:

Restraint: the ticking time bomb
For many years restraint was the most frequently cited issue during Joint Commission surveys. Then, in 2004, the Joint Commission changed its survey process: surveyors stopped asking for a sample of restraint records and began tracing individual patients, decreasing the restraint sample size. Still, for most of us the restraint puzzle has not been solved. It remains a very real threat to each hospital's accreditation and certification status.
