MEET THE SPEAKERS
Gloryanne Bryant, RHIA, CCS, CCDS, is the regional managing director HIM for Northern California Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA, and is responsible for coding, education, CDI and HIM operations for 21 acute care hospitals. She is a member of the editorial advisory board for Briefings on Coding Compliance Strategies, and has more than 30 years of experience in the HIM profession providing education to coders, physicians, and other hospital staff on IPPS, DRGs, APCs, CD-9-CM and CPT coding.
Susan E. Garrison, CHC, CHCA, PCS, FCS, CCS-P, CPAR, CPC, CPC-H, is executive vice president of Healthcare Consulting Services at Magnus Confidential in Atlanta, GA. She has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare management, including the areas of documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement for both outpatient hospital and physician services.
Christina Benjamin, MA, RHIA, CCS, CCS-P, is a hospital coding consultant and an independent coding education consultant. She codes inpatient and outpatient hospital records, sits on a coding panel and an advisory board, runs a support group for CCS and CCS-P candidates, presents audioseminars and webinars for various entities, and develops and edits courses and lessons for educational institutions and consulting companies.
