Develop a sound medication management plan
Medication issues remain among the most frequently cited during Joint Commission and CMS surveys. In fact, many of the CMS "Immediate Jeopardy" terminations stem from medication safety issues. Learn from HCPro's 90-minute webcast Greeley Total Solutions: Overcome Medication Management Challenges, where expert healthcare accreditation experts Bud Pate, REHS and Kristopher Young, PharmD, describe practical, successful strategies for minimizing medication-related citations during the survey and address important patient safety concerns.
