ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Fran Jurcak, RN, MSN, CCDS, has worked as a nurse for more than 25 years including time spent as a nursing professor at University of Michigan. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, manager with Wellspring Partners, a division of Huron Consulting, and is an active member of the Association of Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists (ACDIS).
