MEET THE SPEAKERS
Kimberly Anderwood Hoy, JD, CPC, currently serves as the director of Medicare and compliance for HCPro. She is the lead instructor for the Medicare Boot Camp®—Hospital Version and serves as the manager overseeing HCPro’s Medicare Boot Camps and is a consultant for HCPro’s Revenue Cycle Institute. She has particular expertise in charge description master operation, development, and maintenance and experience conducting billing compliance audits and internal investigations.
Christine Bachrach is the chief compliance officer and senior vice president for HealthSouth. She is responsible for oversight of compliance for the company including development and implementation of new compliance-related programs to improve the effectiveness of the regulatory compliance program. She has established an enterprise methodology for regulatory compliance risk assessments, including integrating efforts from Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
