Mark W. Browne, M.D., MMM, CPE, FAAP, has served in several executive level positions at various healthcare organizations for more than 13 years. Dr. Browne has been instrumental in the financial turnaround and operational success of both hospital programs and physician practices. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also a Certified Physician Executive through the American College of Physician Executives.
Rachel L. Harris, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, is a healthcare consulting manager for Pershing Yoakley & Associates. She has established and reviewed physician and hospital structures, subsidies, and professional services agreements, and implemented compliance policies and programs for physician practices.
