Jill Brocker, RN, MSN, CCS, CCDS, is the Director of Quality Services with the Indiana Heart Institute. She has more than 26 years experience in nursing, leadership and consultation, and data management.
Kristen Geissler, MS, PT, MBA, CPHQ, is an Associate Director in the Healthcare - Clinical Economics Practice in Navigant Consulting, Inc., focusing on quality improvement, value-based purchasing, and clinical documentation improvement. She has more than 15 of years experience in healthcare systems, both in direct patient care and administrative leadership roles.
