MEET THE SPEAKERS

Elizabeth Malzahn, is the Health and Wellness Finance Manager for Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC). CRC includes a group of 13 continuing care retirement communities across the country.  Elizabeth has been with CRC since August of 2009.  Prior to joining CRC, Elizabeth worked for 10 years at a mid-size accounting firm as a Manager in the Health Care Consulting Group, specializing in skilled nursing facility (SNF) operations, reimbursement and receivables.

Claudia Reingruber, CPA is the managing shareholder of Reingruber & Company, P.A., a certified public accounting and healthcare consulting firm founded in 1991 and based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Reingruber began her career in the audit/reimbursement department for a multi-state Medicare intermediary, with management responsibility for an audit team of ten staff. Her intermediary experience included audits of all types of hospitals, home health agencies, and nursing homes, rate setting, appeals, and related activities. She has been a frequent speaker for a variety of trade associations, including the Florida Health Care Association, Texas Health Care Association, and Tennessee Health Care Association.
