Delores L. Galias, RN, RHIT, has more than 30 years of experience in long-term care in the areas of health information, nursing, and reimbursement. Galias is a regulatory standards consultant whose services cover documentation review to develop simple and efficient systems to ensure quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and accurate, prompt reimbursement.
Barbara Griffin-Gulliver, Director of Medicare Policy, Zimmet Healthcare Services Group, LLC (Morganville, NJ). Griffin-Gulliver is responsible for all research and reference documentation of healthcare policies for both Medicare and Medicaid coverage and billing. Prior to joining Zimmet, she spent more than 20 years at Empire Medicare Services, where she held management positions in the claims processing and professional relations departments.
