MEET THE SPEAKERS

Courtney Kaylor, MSN, RN, MHA, CEN, CCRN, chief nursing officer, Upstate Carolina Medical Center (Gaffney, SC). Kaylor has served as the Director of Quality and Education and Upstate Carolina. Her clinical experience includes emergency department, flight nursing, and surgical-trauma intensive care. Kaylor has also served in education and assistant nurse manager roles in the areas of emergency department and surgical-trauma intensive care.

Gayle Bielanski, RN, BS, CPHQ, consultant, the Greeley Company (Marblehead, MA). Bielanski specializes in quality, accreditation, and case management. She brings more than 20 years of experience in quality, Joint Commission, CMS, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. Bielanski helps prepare organizations for accreditation and regulatory compliance.
