Glenn D. Steele, Jr., MD, PhD, President and Chief Executive Officer of Geisinger Health System, Danville, PA
Steele is the former dean of the Biological Sciences Division and the Pritzker School of Medicine, vice president for medical affairs at the University of Chicago, president and chief executive officer of Deaconess Professional Practice Group, Boston, MA, and chairman of the department of surgery at New England Deaconess Hospital (Boston, MA).  He is the author or co-author of more than 460 scientific and professional articles.

Marcel Devetten, MD, Chief Quality Officer, The Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE
Devetten oversees all patient safety and clinical quality initiatives, including communication with the medical staff about quality and safety data, outcomes, and initiatives. He is currently the Chair of the Data Safety Monitoring Board at the Eppley Cancer Center at The Nebraska Medical Center and an Accountable Care Alliance (ACA) board member, a partnership between Methodist Health System, The Nebraska Medical Center and their affiliated physicians.

Klaasmeyer oversees an integrated healthcare delivery network between Nebraska Methodist Hospital and approximately 600 physicians and practitioners in the Omaha metropolitan area. Klaasmeyer also serves as vice president of Methodist Health System responsible for marketing, planning, network development, community benefits and Best Care Employee Assistance. He is a member of the Accountable Care Alliance (ACA) board.

Gundersen has served as Medical Vice President Team I at Gundersen Lutheran Health System since January 2001, and manages Regional Services, Regional Clinics, Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, OB/Gyn, Pediatrics, Vision, Telephone Nurse Advisors, Social Services, Volunteer Services, Pastoral Care, Express Care, and Telemedicine.  Gundersen also served on the Board of Governors from January 2000 to December 2009.

Ronald A. Paulus, MD, MBA, Executive Vice President, Clinical Operations at Geisinger Health System
Paulus is responsible for the operations of its $1.3 Billion clinical enterprise, including 3 hospitals, a 750+ multispecialty group practice, and more than 40 ambulatory care facilities. Dr. Paulus also serves as Geisinger’s Chief Innovation Officer, where he is responsible for ensuring system-wide innovation. He has published and speaks regularly on the topics of health care quality and efficiency, innovation, physician leadership, and new models of care.
