MEET THE SPEAKERS
Robert A. Wade, Esq., is a partner at Baker & Daniels, LLP, in South Bend, IN . He represents health care clients, including large health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, physician groups, physicians and other medical providers. His expertise includes representing clients with respect to the Stark Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act.
Lisa Ohrin is a partner with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Washington, DC. She has more than 15 years of health law experience in a variety of settings and areas of concentration, including counseling hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and others on fraud and abuse and compliance matters. She was one of the principal drafters of the Stark II Phase III regulations and other recent revisions to the Stark Law.
