Justin Chamblee, MAcc, CPA, Manager, Coker Group, Dallas, TX
Chamblee works with clients in a variety of strategic and financial areas, mainly dealing with physician compensation and hospital-physician transactions. This includes the development and redesign of physician compensation plans for both private practices and hospital-employed settings, as well as providing guidance to hospitals, physicians, and legal counsel as to the appropriateness of transactions between a hospital and a physician. Prior to joining Coker Group, he worked as a senior associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their audit practice. Chamblee is a skilled public speaker and has been a contributing author to several publications with HealthLeaders Media.
Robin LaBonte, CPA, CFO, York Hospital, York, ME
LaBonte is responsible for financial and information technology services at York Hospital, York, ME, an 80-bed facility with $300 million in charges and 16 physician practices with 62 providers covering 11 specialties. LaBonte has a public accounting background with nine years of experience with healthcare clients, including as a senior manager. She has been a strategic and contractual leader with physician practices at York Hospital for the past three years.
