MEET THE SPEAKERS
Della M. Lin, MD, is an anesthesiologist and a former inaugural Health Forums Patient Safety Leadership fellow—a joint collaboration between the American Hospital Association and the U.S. National Patient Safety Foundation (NPSF). Lin has more than 20 years of physician leadership experience, having served as department chief of anesthesiology, on hospital medical executive committees (MEC), peer review and credentialing committees, and currently as a board member at various healthcare entities.
Gloria Legere, RN, MS, JD, is a consultant for The Greeley Company (a division of HCPro, Inc). Legere brings more than 15 years of nursing, consulting, and education experience to her work in hospital accreditation and regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities across the country. Her experience includes working with clients in accreditation and regulatory compliance assessment and improvement, implementing continuous readiness programs, and facilitating and managing complex organizational change.
