Bud Pate, REHS, is the vice president for content and development for The Greeley Company (a division of HCPro, Inc.). Prior to joining The Greeley Company, Pate spent 15 years with system-wide hospital quality and compliance responsibility for Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. Before that, Pate worked for the government, where he was responsible for all acute care licensing and CMS certification activities in Los Angeles County.
Lisa Eddy, RN, CPHQ, is the senior consultant for The Greeley Company and brings more than 20 years of experience in Joint Commission, CMS, HFAP, and NCQA accreditation and certification. Her background in nursing administration, quality, and risk management allows her to apply real-world healthcare knowledge to the challenges of meeting regulatory requirements. She specializes in preparing organizations for accreditation and implementing solution-based, continuous accreditation readiness programs.
