Jean S. Clark, RHIA, CSHA, is the director for accreditation at Roper St. Francis Healthcare in Charleston, SC. She is the contributing editor to Medical Record Briefings, and author of the Information Management series, and the Ongoing Records Review series, all from HCPro.
