MEET THE SPEAKER
Tammy L. Berbarie, BA, RN-BC, is an accreditation coordinator for an ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®-recognized hospital in Dallas, TX. She has a wide array of nursing experience such as staff development and creating continuing education programs for multiple clinical and non-clinical areas, including charge nurse classes, preceptor classes, and orientation programs. She has facilitated the policy and procedure committee in her organization and currently leads the hospital’s forms committee in addition to her role as accreditation coordinator for regulatory compliance.
She has worked in both staff and leadership roles, including as the director of education and ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® director. She is known for her enthusiastic and fresh approach to developing educational programs and her passion for process improvement initiatives.
