She specializes in quality, risk, accreditation and certification, with a focus on medical staff credentialing and office oversight. Her background in surgical services and surgical center administration, combined with her experience in hospital operations allows her to apply real world healthcare knowledge to the challenges of meeting regulatory requirements. She currently sits as a quality examiner for Quality New Mexico and serves as director of quality/risk management of Lovelace Women's Hospital.
Kenneth R. Rohde, is a senior consultant at The Greeley Company. He specializes in the areas of error reduction strategies, root cause analysis, improving performance through process simplification, apparent cause analysis, and failure modes and effects analysis. He brings more than 27 years of experience in quality management to his work with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations across the country.
