Orthopedic Leadership Strategies: Engage, Measure, and Perform
Broadcast from MemorialCare Health System
Presented on March 29, 2011
Will the definition of orthopedic service line success you use today work tomorrow? Not likely. Today’s volume is being replaced by tomorrow’s outcomes. Forward-thinking orthopedic leaders are ensuring high performance and coordination among a carefully constructed caregiver team. Those leaders are also exploring the right metrics to know whether they are tracking the most meaningful outcomes to patients.
Join the executive and clinical leadership team from nationally renowned MemorialCare Health System, with orthopedic innovator Marshall Steele, MD, for a three-hour dive into essential orthopedic leadership strategy, including how to:
- Build a patient-centered joint replacement care model
- Use LEAN principles as the focus of process improvement in orthopedic care
- Implement innovative patient-education coaching models for better outcomes and efficiency
- Develop best-practice physician leadership for greater engagement and alignment
- Assess whether you are measuring the right outcomes for orthopedic success
