Put your shared governance (SG) model into practice at the unit level

Build and manage unit-practice councils that get things done with the best practices shared in this 90-minute audio conference. Shared governance expert author Diana Swihart, PhD, DMin, MSN, CS, RN-BC, and experienced Shared Governance practitioner Solimar Figueroa, MSN, MHA, BSN, RN, answer the common questions, including what are councils supposed to do, who should attend, and how can we get anything done? They provide strategies and tools for effective unit councils that will help turn shared governance into a functioning system that sees results.
